Almond Butter and Fruit Shake

Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/2 cups rice milk (vanilla rice dream is nice) and unsweetened yogurt or Kefir
  • 1 banana (works well frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp natural almond butter
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Tbsp flax oil
Instructions: 

Throw it all into a blender.

Notes: 

You can experiment with this. Use frozen organic blueberries or strawberries instead of the banana (banana's are high in sugar).

Change the nut butter or omit it completely.

Depending on how thick you like your drinks, you can omit the rice milk completely as well.
