Apple Sauce

Ingredients:
- 5 apples (1 1/4 cups of juice and 1 cup of pulp)
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- a dash of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
1) Juice the apples. Set aside 1 1/4 cups of the juice and 1 cup of the pulp.
2) In a small saucepan, bring the apple juice to a boil over high heat.
3) Reduce the heat to medium-low, and add the apple pulp, raisins, and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.
Notes:
Serve hot or cold
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
