Ilah's Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups millet, amaranth, buckwheat, garbanzo bean or brown rice flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup tapicoa starch or potato flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 keifer or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
Instructions:
1) Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl and wet in another.
2) Mix wet and dry ingredients together
3) Fry pancakes on greased pan on medium heat. Turn when the edges begin to look dry and the bottoms are browned.
4) Eat with yogurt berries.
Notes:
If you leave out the tapioca starch or potato flour you will get a denser pancake. You can also try replacing the yogurt with almond milk if you are lactose intolerent
