This is a great site to help you diagnose vaginitis, and it explains what's involved in testing for the different types.

For you folks out in B.C., you can call their tollfree number and get free advice on what you should or shouldn't be eating. I love it! For the rest of us, they still have great links to where we can FIND the information, whether it be about diet or the illnesses themselves.

A nicely designed website that talks about all things IBS and the treatments used to help with the healing process. The author has IBS and has compiled resources to help people choose what path they might take towards recovery. Very useful if you are interested in hearing people's opinions on the various alternative therapies out there.

It's a general GI disorder site. You have to sift through it a bit, but it does touch on some interesting things.

Anyone who suffers from IBS should take a look at this. Even if you DON'T suffer from it, they have some great articles. For instance, there is currently an indepth collection of articles on chronic constipation that some of you may be interested in (you can find it near the bottom of the page).

Whatever you want to learn about, this site has it. They list related diseases from A-Z (click on "Digestive" under the Health Information heading). You can even find info on hypothyroidism and other illnesses that many of us are suffering from. And if you like statistics, they have that too (though it's only for the U.S.A.).

This site is great. They have in depth descriptions and information on many intestinal illnesses from Celiac Disease, Crohn's, IBS, to almost everything else associated with an unhealthy gut, including intestinal gas. They also have information about conferences in Canada.
