Just thought I would share this. For anyone living or visiting the Toronto area, here's a link to someone's list of Gluten-Free Friendly Restaurant choices. They talk about each choice and why it made the list. It isn't a perfect list, but at least it gives you a place to start and informs you of places that may not be promoted as gluten free, but are able (or willing) to make substitutes.

And just as a side note, there is another Magic Oven located on Danforth Ave, east of Logan Ave I believe.
